RETURNS -   STORE CREDIT IS OFFERED within 7 days of receipt.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

If Item is not quite what you expected or wrong size, we will gladly accept item back as long as item is postmarked within 7 days of your receipt and for store credit only.  Credit will not include any original shipping costs.

If item is being returned due to color variation, it WILL NOT be eligible for a return or store credit.  This is due to the fact that your cell phone or computer monitor may not display colors accurately.  We cannot guarantee that the color you see is the true color of the product.

Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was shipped.  We cannot accept an item that has been worn, washed, stained, has smoke or deodorant smell, pet hair, or tag missing.   If we receive it in this condition, you will not be credited.  If you do want the item back, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All sale items, headwear, earrings, bracelets, necklaces are FINAL SALE.
No exceptions, no exchanges.  Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our facility. Please allow 5-7 days for your return to process once it is received. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. We do not credit any additional / original shipping charges.
